Source Claims Justin Bieber Kept Telling Selena Gomez "I Love You" Until The Day Before He Married Hailey Bieber, Supposedly Inspiring The Song "Ring"

DeuxMoi's source claims Justin Bieber was reportedly telling his ex Selena Gomez "I love you" up until the day he married Hailey Bieber in a "quickie courthouse ceremony." Fans think Selena's song "Ring" reveals some truth about the messy situation.

Popular social media account DeuxMoi has alleged in their latest podcast episode that Justin Bieber kept telling Selena he loved her after the “Ring” singer called it quits. According to Meggie Kempner and Brian Feldman – the two names behind DeuxMoi – their source is someone who was around Selena in 2018.

"They were around when all this was happening," DeuxMoi claims, referencing the source who contacted them. "They say everything goes back to Justin with the Selena-Jenner-Bieber drama. I will say that this person who made the timeline did say that. If you look at the timeline and really break it down—Selena and Justin and Hailey's relationship—Justin was a dog. He made these girls crazy."

DeuxMoi alleges that Selena dumped Justin when she found out he was texting Hailey behind her back. "Justin 1000% behaved as though he was devastated that he and Selena were breaking up again and that he would never get over her and always loved her, and was telling her things to that effect as recently as the same week he started dating Hailey," she continues, "and then told Selena he was still in love with her as recently as the day before he married Hailey in a quickie court house ceremony."

Keep in mind that DeuxMoi is a gossip account, and they didn’t verify this information themselves (then again, if this is true, would Justin even admit to any of this?). Despite this, Selena fans are convinced that the song “Ring” is about this situation. Interestingly, when the Wizards of Waverly Place star was asked about the song, she admitted that she couldn't say the real meaning behind it.

So, let’s look at some of the lyrics, shall we? TikTokers think the line, Yeah, I received your message, all twenty-three (Twenty-three),” references Justin’s messages to Selena.

The verses, “Obviously, you know, I'm aware of that / I'm breakin' hearts like a heart attack / I got him right where the carats at,” seems it's describing Justin’s heartbreak after Selena reportedly dumped him.

The chorus, “Wrapped 'round my finger like a ring, ring, ring / They just like puppets on a string, string, string / I put it down, they call me up / They doin' way too much / So I'll just let it ring, ring, ring,” reminds fans of Justin’s engagement to Hailey, but it also seems like it’s hinting at him trying to hit up Selena – but she just lets her phone “ring, ring, ring.” Lastly, it points to Justin being wrapped around Selena's finger "like a ring."

Selena has never said once that "Ring" is about the Biebers, but she and Justin have been known to write lyrics about each other in the past, so who knows? If there is some truth to DeuxMoi's saddening reports and theories, then we're at least happy to see Selena and Rare Beauty thrive.
