When we see the most famous celebrities and influencers in Hollywood, we think that they have it all—riches, fame, and glory. But as celebrities like Britney Spears and Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) have opened up to the public over the last year about how their life and career have actually more of a nightmare than a dream. Famous beauty influencer Jeffree Star shocked everyone on Twitter on Friday when he claimed that he barely made it out of Hollywood alive, and he was prevented from revealing the truth about the elites.

Jeffree Star Says He "Escaped the Illuminati" and Was Planning to "Expose Everything" Until the "Hollywood Elite" Tried to Ruin His Life

Jeffree Star is known for his eye-catching, over-the-top, androgynous makeup looks and his successful YouTube career. But if you Google Jeffree Star's name, you're bound to find a series of articles from 2020 that cover the controversy around him and his makeup brand. A Vox article says he "has a past of full of racism and intimidation." A New York Times article written by Taylor Lorenz, Washington Post journalist who has been known to dox conservative activists and journalists such as Libs of TikTok (Chaya Raichik), also accuses Star of racism and the sexualization of minors. Just perusing through these articles makes it seem as if Jeffree is a "problematic" Nazi sympathizer who causes backstabbing drama in the beauty industry. Additionally, Lorenz called him an "older white millennial beauty influencer" who is losing relevance.

Since these articles were published in 2020, Star and his brand Jeffree Star Cosmetics were seen in a different light and many people boycotted his makeup products. Now he has come forward on Twitter to claim that these attacks were all intentional—simply because he was planning to expose the corrupt depths of Hollywood.

"What a crazy f*cking year… I escaped the illuminati in 2021 and they still haven’t killed me. Every day I wake up grateful," he tweeted on Friday to his 6.4 million followers.

Last year, Star moved to a huge Wyoming ranch and sold his $15 million LA mansion. He traded in the glamorous LA lifestyle to raise yaks and camels, although he still is active on YouTube and produces a variety of beauty and makeup content.

But according to his recent tweets, this move wasn't just because he wanted to escape the city and get some fresh air. He was intentionally leaving LA and apparently escaping something sinister. "In 2020 I was going to expose everything… In a matter of days, the Hollywood elite tried to ruin my entire career, villainize me and flooded the news with lies to discredit me. If you guys only knew the truth about what they are doing to Britney & Kayne," he tweeted just minutes after his previous tweet.

The tweet has 17,000 likes but many of the replies aren't exactly in support of Star. Many of them criticize him for putting Britney and Ye in the same sentence, saying Ye has brought this upon himself for being anti-Semitic. Others go back to accusing him of being racist while some just laugh it off and insist his account was hacked. But that didn't stop him.

"Anyone who challenges the system gets eliminated," Star tweeted as a follow up.

Someone replied to his first tweet in agreement, saying "the elites are real" and Ye is in hiding "because they are trying to get him for exposing a lot of sh*t." She urged him to stay safe because "blood sacrifices are real." Star responded right away and said, "You have no idea what you are talking about… It’s 10 times worse than you can ever imagine. Just be thankful you are on the other side."

Not a single news outlet has been reporting on this. No celebrity or influencer has responded to these claims or even acknowledged them. Of course there is a possibility that Star is just making it all up for whatever reason, but it raises the question of why he would choose to say all this now, rather than in 2020 when his career was all but ruined. And after hearing about the coordinated effort to silence and control stars like Britney and Ye, it's certainly not crazy to imagine that someone with the stats of Jeffree Star would also become prey to the Hollywood elites.

Star hasn't tweeted anything else related to the matter since this afternoon, but many people are wondering what kind of secrets he knows, and whether he'll reveal any of them to the world.
