Thanks to the Barbie movie, the iconic doll and her many forms are having a renaissance. Margot Robbie is sporting some of Barbie’s most iconic looks on the press tour, reminding us why the doll has been a fashion icon since many of us can remember. From the Barbies who were meticulous about their ultra-feminine outfits to the Barbies that wanted to leave their mark in U.S. history, which one are you based on your personality?

Original Barbie

The original Barbie doll of 1959 wore an adorable black-and-white one-piece striped bathing suit, black heels, and white sunglasses. She’s as classic as she is stylish, and you’re the same way. Some may call you basic, but you have no shame in liking things that are popular. You’re likely younger (in your late teens or early twenties), have big dreams, and definitely wore an elaborate outfit to Taylor Swift's Eras Tour with two arms full of friendship bracelets.

Malibu Barbie

Malibu Barbie is as iconic as the original Barbie doll with a fun and beachy twist, so it only makes sense that you’re similar. Back in high school, you considered shopping at Hollister a personality trait (and you likely worked there for the discount) and love nothing more than a day at the beach. You’re laid-back, love the outdoors, and you’re convinced that no show will ever be as great as Laguna Beach.

Presidential Candidate Barbie

You’re always up to date on the news and everything related to politics (and you're obviously subscribed to The Glance, because duh). You’re smart as a whip and aren’t afraid to voice some of your more controversial opinions because you know you have the facts to back them up. You’re a born leader, aspire to great things, and love looking stylish while doing it.

Astronaut Barbie

Back in school, you excelled in math and are a science girlie at heart. You likely work in STEM or healthcare and pride yourself on being hard-working and logical. You love learning new things and solving problems but have no problem embracing your femininity in a male-dominated environment, which we love for you.

Sugar Plum Fairy Barbie

Barbie and the Nutcracker is one of the best Barbie movies, making the Sugar Plum Fairy doll a classic. You’re well-cultured, likely took ballet classes growing up, and attend a performance of The Nutcracker every Christmas. You also love pastel colors and the balletcore aesthetic, and embrace your femininity in all aspects of your life.

Flight Attendant Barbie

You’re adventurous and love to try new things and new places. You and your free spirit have likely spent a good portion of your summer in Europe (which you’ve documented on Instagram, obviously) while the rest of us are stuck at work.

Day-to-Night Barbie

Barbie is the original #girlboss because she’s had every job under the sun, and you’re a #girlboss too (but not the cringey type!). You work hard at your job that you’re extremely passionate about and fulfill your creative energy. Though you enjoy your job, you also prioritize relaxing, your feminine energy, and your social life.

Totally Hair Barbie

Back when fashion magazines were the staple of the fashion world, you read each one religiously to learn about the current and upcoming fashion and beauty trends. Today, you love learning about fashion and beauty on social media and enjoy trying out the TikTok makeup trends and the Instagram influencer style trends.

SuperStar Barbie

You’re a fashion girlie to your core but prefer classic styles to trendy ones. You believe in investing in high quality, timeless pieces over less expensive items that will likely go out of style in a few years. Your style icons are Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn.

Cowgirl Barbie

You own several pairs of cowgirl boots (and possibly a sparkly pink pair) and are a country girl at heart. You love nature and country music and have seen every episode of Yellowstone. You spend your summers going to various country concerts and aren’t ashamed to admit how much you splurged for Morgan Wallen tickets.

Mermaid Fantasy Barbie

Back in middle school, you were the girl who was obsessed with dolphins and wanted to be a marine biologist (and maybe you are one today). You loved to play mermaids in the pool and like to think there’s a possibility that mermaids are real. Ariel from The Little Mermaid is your favorite Disney Princess for obvious reasons.

Solo In The Spotlight Barbie

You’re basically a real-life Blair Waldorf. You love everything related to Old Hollywood, from glamour to classic movies, and prefer older movies to newer ones. You have a tough exterior, but you’re truly a softie on the inside.

Fitness Barbie

You'd never miss a workout, whether you're doing pilates at the gym or working out at home through the feminine fitness app, 28. Being in the cutest pink workout sets that you can find is non-negotiable and you make it your priority to be healthy. You love everything related to health and wellness and have likely taken the crunchy route by embracing non-toxic and natural living.

Enchanted Evening Barbie

You’re elegant, enjoy the finer things in life, and hold yourself and others around you to a high standard. While some may judge you as a snob, those who know you know that you’re the most loyal friend out there. You also spent an embarrassing amount of money on Eras Tour tickets, and your favorite Taylor Swift era is Lover

Rapunzel Barbie

Like Rapunzel herself, you’re a dreamer and a hopeless romantic. You believe in true love, and read and reread about it in classics by Jane Austen and the Bronte sisters or in more modern romance novels. You’re as loyal as friends come, but refuse to be a doormat and don’t let others take advantage of your kindness.

Closing Thoughts

Barbie is meant to represent who women are and what women can be, so it only makes sense that there’s a perfect doll for every girl out there. Which one are you?
