As the world embraces the intersection of animation and live action films, Mattel’s iconic doll, Barbie, is making waves in the film industry. Set to release on July 21, Barbie has already become a phenomenal hit, setting itself up with high expectations. Helmed by the Oscar-nominated director Greta Gerwig, known for critically acclaimed films like Lady Bird and Little Women, Barbie promises to bring a unique blend of depth, humor, and heart.

Starring as Barbie is Oscar winner Margot Robbie, whose red carpet appearances have been jaw-dropping across the board. The premiere of Barbie on Sunday night in Hollywood was no different. Robbie took to the red carpet along with co-stars to celebrate the upcoming release of the much-anticipated film. Here are the most memorable looks of the night.

Margot Robbie

She wore a vintage Barbie look that is the exact replica of the 1960s Barbie's Solo in the spotlight outfit by Schiaparelli, along with 350 carats of Lorraine Schwartz diamonds and Manolo Blahnik heels. She even had the same details as the original doll's outfit, including the light pink, sheer scarf in her right hand and the red rose on the bottom of her dress.

Ryan Gosling

The real-life Ken wore a salmon-colored suit, with light-colored shoes and a pinkish shirt that was unbuttoned at the top. He even wore an "E" necklace to pay tribute to his wife, Eva Mendes.

Alix Earle

Earle's neutral-gold dress has spaghetti halter straps, a cinched waist, and a pleated skirt. It fit perfectly on her figure and she paired it with simple makeup and hair.

America Ferrera

A light, beige-pink two-piece looked beautiful on Ferrera. She wore her hair pulled back and carried a Kate Spade New York Sam Icon KSNYL bag.

Kate McKinnon

Getting into the Barbie spirit, McKinnon wore a custom pink vest and matching pants by KALLMEYER, and she paired it with simple nude pumps.

Issa Rae

The actress and comedian looked pretty in pink; her dress had a high neckline with a vertical cutout at the chest. She carried a matching clutch and wore a high ponytail.

Gal Gadot

Gadot's sleeveless dress was brown with white stripes and offered a polished look, complete with a small white purse and clear heels.

Hari Nef

Barbie actor Nef wore a black strapless gown with a slit in the middle.
