Selena has been open about her struggle with bi-polar disorder, insisting that staying off the internet for nearly five years has helped her overcome some of her self-esteem issues. She has been outspoken before about online trolls that comment on her weight and physique, and she's back again with a message for anyone who is critical of what she looks like.

Selena Gomez Posted a Rant on TikTok Telling Trolls That She's "Perfect The Way I Am"

In her TikTok stories, Selena shared that she went to a fast food joint for some food she was craving. "So I be trying to stay skinny, but I went to Jack in the Box and I got four tacos, three egg rolls, onion rings, and a spicy chicken sandwich," she shared. "But honestly, I don't care about my weight because people bitch about it anyway."

Trolls often criticize her weight, saying things like, "You're too small. You're too big. That doesn't fit." Selena is done listening to the noise about her body.

"B*tch, I am perfect the way I am," she concluded. "Moral of the story? Bye."

This is the first time that Selena has responded to people who comment on her weight. She told Cosmopolitan in 2020 that she has "gotten insecure" because her weights fluctuates due to her lupus diagnosis. "So I’ve had to learn pretty early to have thick skin when it comes to this stuff and to understand that it doesn’t matter at all," she said. "It’s just hateful. It’s all it is."
