Drinking is a common part of social gatherings, especially during the holidays. But with the New Year, many of us have chosen to detox our bodies and reset our diets. Refraining from alcohol all month is a good way to regain focus, improve overall health, and adjust our drinking habits after all the holiday partying. One way to make this transition easier is to try a few mocktails (or zero-proof alternatives.) The internet is full of recipes and ideas, so stick to your goals, and replace the alcohol with one of these delicious winter mocktails.
