Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has recently been listed as a defendant in a $3 billion kidnapping lawsuit, according to court documents found online. Trenesha Biggers (known as Rhaka Khan by IMPACT wrestling fans), a former WWE and TNA Impact Wrestling star, listed several high-profile individuals and companies in the kidnapping case.

Some of the names and institutions include the FBI, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, sororities, Home Depot, Universal Studios, Sea World, Delta Airlines, Bank of America, Pfizer Labs, Tyra Banks, Naomi Campbell, Warner Brothers, Michael Jordan, Loyola, McDonald's, CNN, Fox News, and more.

"The defendants named collectively conspired to kidnap PLAINTIFF and her two children from Brighter Tomorrows Domestic Violence Shelter," the document reads. "Plaintiff and her children M.F. and Z.S. were hunted down after Plaintiff filed congressional inquiries regarding military sexual assault and violence. Plaintiff or 'Biggers' has been falsely arrested multiple times as a favor to BIGGERS ex in [an] attempt to kidnap her children."

Biggers claims that her ex-husband, Ephram Sims, stalked her and her two kids "across state lines" while on active probation for family violence against her. Sims allegedly kidnapped her and the kids from a domestic violence shelter in 2019. The papers read: "Likewise multiple entities conspired to falsely imprison BIGGERS multiple times, including BIGGERS own privately retained attorneys in each state where her kidnapped children were believed to be. The facts show that by a collective effort of numerous individuals and agencies." Biggers' children have reportedly "remained kidnapped" since October 8, 2019.

While these claims are certainly alarming, there hasn't been any explanation for how these celebrities and places of business were involved. Some names were also misspelled and listed several times. Regardless, the news has already spread, and some users are convinced that The Rock is capable of committing heinous crimes due to his old interviews that recently resurfaced online.

One of the videos uploaded several times by different accounts in the past few months is from a Saturday Night Live skit. The actor jokes about having invented "a robot that is designed to molest children."

Another strange video shows The Rock in an interview where he was asked how he kept his body large. He playfully responded with, "I eat children."

For some odd reason, many of the Jumanji star's go-to jokes pertain to children. In 2019, he posted a photo of himself and a little girl in Hawaii. "This adorable little darlin’ cupcake came to meet me and present me with a beautiful 🌺 lei," The Rock wrote in the caption. "I bent down to tell her how much I LOVE to eat little children, but she seemed totally unfazed. Big mahalo to all the fans who wait a long time to say hello and meet. Always my pleasure 🙏🏾And yes, this is how I have to talk to my lil’ chocolate biscuit son."

The Rock has made some questionable statements, but it's important to note that there's also a bench warrant against Trenesha Biggers. The Impact Wrestling alumna received a bench warrant for her arrest after failing to appear for a trial in early December 2022 for charges of interference with child custody and "aggravated kidnapping facilitate." Interference with child custody is a state jail felony and is either punishable by a maximum fine of $10,000 or two years of jail time, under Texas Law. So while the news about The Rock is going viral on TikTok and Twitter, let's not forget about Biggers' past.
