Two weeks ago, Bethenny Frankel walked the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit runway at 54, looking like a woman half her age. The Real Housewives alum strutted out looking confident, lean, and unbothered, sending TikTok into a frenzy.

Everyone has been calling her “body goals.” All the girlies flocked to her playlist full of videos about her snacks. Supermodel snacks, to be exact.

Bethenny’s TikTok is now a goldmine of low-effort, high-satiety food ideas, most of which can be made in your robe while pacing the kitchen! Some are protein-packed, some lean crunchy, and all of them are “lazy girl” approved. Below, the most iconic ones so far, plus how to make them.

1. The OG Supermodel Snack

Tomato, turkey, cottage cheese, dijon mustard, Everything but the Bagel seasoning

This is the one that is simple, satisfying, and, according to Bethenny, perfect for standing at your kitchen counter “like a raccoon eating garbage.”

How to make it:

  • Slice a tomato

  • Layer with shaved turkey

  • Add a spoonful of cottage cheese

  • Drizzle on dijon mustard

  • Sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel seasoning
Optional: Add arugula or fresh basil if you’re feeling extra.

2. Lazy Supermodel Tostada

Avocado, shaved turkey, salsa or chili seasoning, tostada shell

Bethenny’s words, not ours: “This is for the lazy supermodel... the supermodel who's not getting out of bed, they're not being paid a sh*t ton of money.”

How to make it:

  • Toast a corn tostada shell (or grab one straight from the bag—no judgment)

  • Spread guac or mashed avocado

  • Top with shaved turkey

  • Add salsa if you have it, or sprinkle on chili or taco seasoning

3. Cucumber Salad That’s More Than Just a Side

Cucumber, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, sea salt, pepper

Bethenny said, “Half the battle in being healthy really is the prep.” This salad takes less than five minutes if your knife’s sharp.

How to make it:

  • Peel and thinly slice a large cucumber

  • Mix together rice wine vinegar, a splash of sesame oil, a capful of soy sauce, sea salt, pepper, and a little honey

  • Toss cucumber in the dressing
Optional: Add ginger or sliced onion

4. The Snack Cup Combo You Didn’t Know You Needed

Hummus, cottage cheese, crackers

You mix them. That’s the recipe. Really.

How to make it:

  • Take a single-serve hummus cup

  • Add equal parts cottage cheese

  • Mix together and use as a spread on your favorite crackers

“You're welcome in advance..." the iconic housewife said, "More protein, more creaminess, more spreadiness, more tanginess, more protein-ness and more deliciousness. Trust your mother. Mother knows best.”

5. Greek Yogurt Lettuce Wraps

Greek yogurt herb dip, turkey, roasted red peppers, romaine hearts, light feta

When Bethenny calls something “a game changer,” we listen.

How to make it:

  • Mix thick Greek yogurt with salt, pepper, basil, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley

  • Spread onto romaine lettuce hearts

  • Add shaved turkey and chopped roasted red peppers

  • Sprinkle with light feta
Optional: Mix feta into the yogurt for a creamier texture

6. The Supermodel Sandwich

Bagel, Greek yogurt, Dijon, turkey bacon, turkey, tomato, lettuce, pickles, relish

A yummy, classic turkey bagel sandwich. We love it.

How to make it:

  • Slice a bagel thin and toast it

  • Mix Greek yogurt with Dijon, salt, pepper, Everything but the Bagel seasoning, and crushed red pepper

  • Smear both sides

  • Add crispy turkey bacon and shaved turkey

  • Layer tomato, lettuce, and pickles

  • Add spicy relish if you’re bold

  • Close the sandwich and slice down the middle

7. Cucumber Caesar Bites

Sliced cucumber, Skinnygirl Caesar Dressing, Tajín or chili lime seasoning

For when you want something salty, cold, and oddly addictive.

How to make it:

  • Slice cucumbers into coins

  • Drizzle with Skinnygirl Caesar Dressing

  • Shake on Tajín or your favorite chili lime seasoning

8. Dessert Yogurt Bowl

Chobani Zero Sugar yogurt, healthy cereal, frozen banana, optional chocolate chips

When Bethenny calls it “a supermodel breakfast, extraordinary,” it becomes lunch and dinner too.

How to make it:

  • Scoop Chobani Zero Sugar yogurt into a bowl

  • Add a handful of crunchy cereal (Bethenny used Rawl’s Briss and Blue Briss)

  • Top with frozen banana slices

  • Mix it all together
Optional: Add chocolate chips for a night treat

9. The “Legit Sick” Turkey Bagel

Toasted bagel, Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, hot sauce, shaved turkey, pickles, everything bagel seasoning

This isn’t the supermodel snack you eat when you’re trying to be cute. This is the one you make when you’ve been working your butt off like Bethenny as she says, and you want something real and quick.

How to make it:

  • Toast a low-cal or “bullsh*t” bagel until it’s golden and crunchy

  • Mix thick Greek yogurt or cottage cheese with hot sauce (or buffalo, or mustard—your call)

  • Smear that mix on both sides of the bagel

  • Layer with shaved turkey

  • Add pickles (Bethenny used bread & butter style)

  • Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and a pinch of salt

10. Late Night Seaweed Situation

Shaved turkey, Greek yogurt, chili lime seasoning, Skinnygirl Caesar, seaweed snacks

This one comes together like a fridge clean-out turned gourmet. It’s punchy, salty, high-protein, and according to Bethenny, “a good one.”

How to make it:

  • Mix a heaping spoonful of Greek yogurt with salt, pepper, a dash of Skinnygirl Caesar, and a sprinkle of chili lime seasoning

  • Layer it on shaved turkey slices

  • Wrap it up in seaweed snacks (Bethenny uses the WOW brand)
