Adam Levine's Former Yoga Teacher Reveals He Allegedly Sent Her Inappropriate Messages Saying He Wanted To "Spend The Day With You Naked"
TikToker Sumner Stroh surprised the world when she alleged that she and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine had a year-long affair. In the days following the accusation, multiple other women came forward to claim that they also had inappropriate relations with the singer.
Adam Levine married Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo in 2014 and they have two children together. Behati is also currently pregnant with their third baby. Instagram model Sumner Stroh claimed that after they broke off their year-long affair, Adam came back into her life by messaging her to ask if he could name his next child after her if it was a boy. She expressed how disgusted she was with herself for having the affair, justifying it by saying that he "exploited" her by lying and saying that his marriage to Behati was over.
A woman named Maryka also came forward to accuse Adam of cheating on Behati, sharing screenshots of messages from Adam saying, "Distract yourself by f*cking with me!" The messages showed that he also said his marriage was "a bit complicated." Alyson Rose, another Instagram model, shared flirty messages the two allegedly exchanged as well. And now, yet another woman has come forward—Adam's former yoga teacher.

Alanna Zabel is a yoga teacher who was working with Adam between 2007 and 2010. On Tuesday, she shared an Instagram story claiming that Adam told his friends that she had the "best ass in town and it was cute." She also said that Adam texted her, "I want to spend the day with you naked."
The interactions between her and Adam became so heated that it led to a physical altercation with Alanna's boyfriend at the time. However, she said in a separate Instagram post later that she didn't think there was anything bad about his messages to her.
"Adam's text was not wrong, IMO," she wrote in the caption. "Adam was not responsible for my abusive ex boyfriend, or his actions." She also spoke to US Weekly about the incident.
“I was blindsided, you know, working with a celebrity and not really realizing how it was affecting my other relationships,” Alanna told US Weekly. “I was spending so much time … so I think anybody in my situation has had similar experiences.”
“In a way [Adam] did me a favor. I didn’t realize what a sociopathic asshole I was dating.”
Alanna said she was "holding it in for a long time" and now that she came clean, "it's time to heal." She said she believes the other women who have come forward to accuse Adam of cheating on his wife with them or sending them inappropriate sexual messages. But she regrets posting her own story about what happened between her and Adam because she didn't think it would blow up and gain so much attention. "It's been really overwhelming and upsetting," she added.
Nonetheless, she hopes that Adam can make the best out of this situation. "I think he has an opportunity to be a really big adult and set an example," she said.
