And while a lot of mocktails are annoyingly packed with sugar, these recipes keep sweetness to a minimum. So pull out your prettiest glassware, gather a few fresh ingredients, and toast to the last sweet weeks of summer.

Sparkling Rosé Refresher

A breezy, botanical twist on your favorite pink wine

Ingredients:

1 can Surely Non‑Alcoholic Rosé 

3 oz sparkling water

2 grapefruit slices

Fresh mint

Instructions:

Pour the Surely Rosé into a chilled wine glass.

Top with cold sparkling water and gently stir.

Garnish with grapefruit slices and a sprig of mint.

Spicy Ginger Mule Glow‑Up

A bold mocktail with probiotic perks

Ingredients:

½ bottle Health‑Ade Moscow Mule Mixer (kombucha‑based) 

½ cup ginger kombucha

Juice of ½ lime

Crushed ice and a cucumber ribbon

Instructions:

Fill a mule mug or glass with crushed ice.

Combine the Health‑Ade mixer, ginger kombucha, and lime juice.

Stir gently, and add a cucumber ribbon garnish.

Adaptogen Citrus Spritz

Ingredients:

Splash of soda water

Instructions:

Instructions:

Combine coconut water, Tepache, and lemon juice in a glass.

Stir gently over ice.

Sprinkle crushed strawberries on top.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1 cup sparkling water

1/2 dropper of lavender tincture or herbal tea concentrate

A few drops of honey or liquid stevia (optional)

Instructions:

Shake or stir lemon juice, lavender or tea tincture, and sweetener in a shaker.

Pour over ice, top with sparkling water.

Stir gently and sip when you crave calm.

Berry Basil Bliss Tonic

Ingredients:

½ cup muddled blackberries

2 torn basil leaves

½ cup tart cherry juice

Splash of fresh lemon juice

Splash of seltzer

Instructions:

Muddle berries and basil in a glass.

Stir in tart cherry juice and lemon juice.

Top with seltzer and ice.

Garnish with extra basil or whole berries.

½ cup warm almond milk

Instructions:

Warm almond milk gently on the stove or in a microwave.

¼ cup light coconut milk

¼ cup raw coconut water

½–1 cup lime seltzer

Instructions:

Stir in coconut milk, coconut water, and lime.

Fill with ice, top with lime seltzer.

Blood Orange Rosemary Sparkler

Ingredients:

Juice of 1 blood orange

Juice of 1–2 tsp fresh lemon

1 sprig fresh rosemary

Sparkling water or citrus kombucha

Ice

Instructions:

Gently muddle rosemary in a glass.

Add the juices, stir.

Fill with ice and top with bubbles.

Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Sunset Sangria Mocktail

A fruity fiesta packed with antioxidants

Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened pomegranate juice

2 cups kombucha

2 cups seltzer

Juice of 1–2 limes

¼ cup fresh orange juice

1–2 cups chopped fruit (apples, berries, citrus)

Optional: ½–1 Tbsp honey

Instructions:

Combine all juices, kombucha, seltzer, and fruit in a pitcher.

Stir and chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Serve over ice, with or without fruit chunks.
