If only men knew how crushes could drive women to the brink of madness.

Jackie Gansky bravely shared her embarrassing crush story on TikTok, asking others, "What's the craziest thing you've done when you've had a crush on someone?" Her video prompted numerous stitches of women recalling the times they acted out of character for a boy they liked.

The Female Joe Goldberg?

Gansky says she saw her crush post about the restaurant he was going to – so she followed him. “So, obviously, I drove to that restaurant just to drive by and see if he happened to be getting in his car. He was. I actually saw his very specific car pulling out of the driveway, so I followed him, obviously,” she recalls. “I knew where he lived, so I followed him on his way home.”

Gansky had the brilliant idea to try and grab her crush’s attention on the highway. She put her hair down, tried to look cute, and pulled up next to him at every stoplight. Unfortunately, he wouldn’t look over, so Gansky followed him home.

The TikToker unashamedly admitted that she thought about crashing into her crush. “If I crashed him, then he’d be like, ‘Oh my God, I’m so sorry.' I would have to make it, so he crashed into me. So then he would be so sorry that he hit me.”

“Okay Joe Goldberg,” wrote someone in the comment section, referencing the popular serial killer from You.

Yellow Starbursts

Okay, this one is pretty cute and innocent. Dannie’s (@daniie11) roommate heard the boy she had a crush on enjoyed yellow Starbursts the most out of all the colors. So, what did she do?

She bought three pounds of yellow Starbursts and kept them in her locker for six months until they started talking. On their one-month anniversary, she finally gifted him the candy. “Little did he know, I was saving them in my locker for six months,” the roommate says as she covers her face.

Cass Starts Day Trading

Have you ever feigned interest in something your crush likes? Cass (@cassidyjoys) did exactly just that, suddenly getting into stocks after learning that her crush was into investing. Cass sat behind the guy she had feelings for in college, noticing how he would watch his stock portfolio on his laptop. She then learned everything she could about the stock market and began sitting in front of him in class so that he could see her portfolio on her laptop.

Cass didn’t stop there, though. "I drained my entire savings account and put my entire savings into Thinkorswim and would wake up at 3 am every single morning because that's the time that the stock market would open in my timezone,” she said, “and I would post on my Snapchat with captions like 'Dang, stock market's down today.'”

It worked – Cass’ crush reached out to her on Snapchat after seeing her post about stocks. She asked him if he had any tips to diversify her portfolio. “Then he started mansplaining the stock market to me. He turned out to be a nymphomaniac, and he left the country in the middle of the semester,” she revealed. “But I just kept investing, and I graduated college debt-free!”

Alie Stops Her Crush from Going to the Bar

Alie Urquhart's (@alieurquhart) crush invited her to the bar with some friends. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough space in the car for everyone, so the TikToker would have to stay behind. The young woman decided she'd tell on her friends since they were underage.

"So once they got there, [I] called the bar and name-dropped every single one of them," she said. "Then, 15 minutes later, when they were on their way home, he texted me and asked me what I was doing. So it really just worked out in everyone's favor."
