Gal Gadot

Gadot got her incredible body through a combination of boxing and TRX, but also horseback riding. On Live With Kelly And Ryan, she said, “When people used to tell me, 'Yeah I do sports I ride horses,' I was like, 'That's not a sport. The horse does everything.' No! No! You'd be surprised—it's sooo painful."

Blake Lively

Lively likes to squeeze in a workout whenever she can. Sometimes it’s an hour, but other times, it’s only 20 minutes. As for her moves? She likes strength training and foam rolling, in addition to high-intensity, slow, steady state cardio. It took the actress over 14 months to lose the 60lbs she gained while pregnant, so she knows a lot about losing weight!

Margot Robbie

When Margot Robbie was training for I Tanya, she spent a lot of time on the ice. But she also likes to box, which helped her get in shape for Suicide Squad. However, not all of her workouts are so intense. Robbie also likes to hit the reformer and do Pilates, as well as other ballet-based workouts.

Ashley Graham

Ashley Graham is known for posting her intense workouts to Instagram and motivating her followers. While she isn’t devoted to one type of fitness program, she is loyal to her trainer, Dawin Pena, who puts a lot of variety into her routine. They do strength training, weight lifting, calisthenics, boxing, and cardio.

Beyoncé

The busy queen has a banging body, even post-baby. She loves to hit up a Soulcycle class and spin it out!

Kristin Cavallari

The former Laguna Beach star gets her great body by kicking cardio to the curb. She keeps it simple and circuit trains with weights four to five days a week.

Kendall Jenner

Kendall Jenner is one busy lady, so she has a very short, but intense routine. Just 11 minutes long, she does 13 different exercises, which includes lots of variations on planks as well as crunches and other ab work.

Jessica Biel

Jessica Biel loves yoga. But when she really wants to sweat it out, she does 45 minutes of cardio followed by an hour of weight training.

Gwyneth Paltrow

Not surprisingly, Gwyneth Paltrow is intense. She exercises six days a week for two hours a day at home. When she travels, she brings along her Tracy Anderson DVDs and turns up the thermostat to 80 degrees for maximum fat burning.

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift is all about cardio. She enjoys running outside, but will also hit the machines, running on a treadmill or even using the elliptical.

Zoe Saldana

If she is getting into shape for a particular role, Zoe Saldana works out with a trainer for 30 to 60-minute sessions. However, in between projects, she prefers short 20-30 minute bursts consisting of running in place, squats and using a medicine ball.

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez is known for her amazing body, which she maintains by working out first thing in the morning, three to four days a week. She lifts weights, bikes, strength trains, and cools off her core by taking Pilates classes.

Ariana Grande

Because the singer spends a lot of time in hotel rooms, her workouts need to be simple with minimal equipment. She does lunges, walking-lunges, glute bridges, and classic but painful planks. As for cardio, she’s a treadmill kind of girl!

Jessica Alba

When the Honest Company boss babe was gearing up for her latest project, NBC's Bad Boys spin-off, she hit the gym three times a day! Not shy about posting her routine on Instagram, she is super into squats, side steps with resistance bands, kettlebells, and cardio.

Carrie Underwood

The country singer is all about full body workouts. This includes push-ups, pull-ups, and abdominal work. She also runs on the treadmill and incorporates a BOSCU ball into her routine. Her book Find Your Path, includes exercises (like her leg routine), healthy recipes, and her Fit52 program.

Meghan Markle

The Princess loves running and yoga. But like any bride-to-be, before the big day, she kicked up her routine and started circuit training.

Pippa Middleton

Pippa Middleton does a variety of workouts, but her favorite seems to be running outside. However, she also maintains her fantastic body through a combination of cycling and Pilates.
