Researchers at Karen Millen had the same question and used several Google Search algorithms to calculate which states had the most fashion searches in the last year. Ranking each of the 50 states according to an analysis of these Google Search results, researchers were able to determine what specific fashion terms were most searched for, giving us a quantitative representation of each state’s fashion preferences.
