Yes, they did. The "Ayes" had it at 308 to 117. In a stunning bipartisan effort, serenaded by the bright Beatles tune, America's House of Representatives voted to "lock the clocks." A shining victory paving the way for Americans to never have to reset our clocks for daylight saving time again.
