      Good old Starbucks. It’s essentially the McDonalds of coffee. It’s reliable. You know what you’re getting, and they have locations everywhere.

      While the menu is rife with tons of unhealthy options, it doesn’t mean you have to choose them. In fact, there are lots of better for you drinks that won’t only satisfy your coffee craving, but these beverages can actually help you stay slim. Here are eight to consider.       Cascara Cold Brew With Almond Milk

      This drink is foamy, cold and quite frankly, delicious. Just ask the barista to hold the syrup. But, if you are in the mood for something that has just a hint of sweetness, request stevia instead. At only 80 calories with no fat, this treat is totally worth it.

      Cappuccino With Almond Milk

      Wish you were in Italy? Why not enjoy a cappuccino wherever you are? But, hold the regular milk and skip the watery skim milk. Choose almond milk instead. With 6 grams of fat and 3 grams of protein, it’s a wise decision.

      Not all locations have Nitro Cold Brew, but if you can, you need to try it! This beverage is made from ground coffee that’s steeped in cold water for approximately 20 hours. Then it is infused with nitrogen, giving it a slightly sweet flavor.

      Coconut Milk Iced Caffè Latte

      This is a great way to cool off on a hot day or keep your sweet tooth in check. Coconut milk instead of regular milk adds a new kick of flavor. With just 90 calories and 8 grams of fat, it’s a sensible choice.
