The singer and billionaire business mogul was spotted in NYC wearing a "Think, While It's Still Legal" t-shirt and baggy jeans.
Rihanna has had a busy year. Between her Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 3 last week and her new skincare line with Fenty Beauty that came out this year, the singer is finally recording a much anticipated new album. Her last album, Anti, came out in 2016.
In an interview last week about her latest album, Rihanna said, “You’re not gonna expect what you hear. Just put that in your mind. Whatever you know of Rihanna is not gonna be what you hear. I’m really experimenting, and music is like fashion, you should be able to play. I should be able to wear whatever I want, and I treat music the same way.”
I, for one, miss her "Umbrella" days but totally can't wait for her newest album. The Daily Mail reported that she was actually heading to the recording studio when she was spotted wearing her "Think, While It's Still Legal" t-Shirt. Um... yes, girl. We agree!
Is her political t-shirt an nod to Nicki Minaj's tweets? Nicki encouraged her followers to do research before getting the vaccine. Nicki stated on Twitter, "If I get vaccinated it won’t for the Met. It’ll be once I feel I’ve done enough research."
Rihanna did show up to the Met Gala (and slayed as always), so we can assume she's most likely had her vaccine. Her t-shirt from Vetements’ luxury streetwear collection fall 2021 is $460. It's already inspired dupes around $20. But the best news is, thinking is free. And regardless of Rihanna's intention behind the shirt, we're all for thinking for yourself!
