Rapist Of 10-Year-Old Girl In Ohio Has Reportedly Been Arrested And Charged

Last week a story went viral across the country that directly related to the overturning of Roe v. Wade. A 10-year-old girl was allegedly raped and was seeking an abortion across state lines, and even President Biden mentioned the story in a recent speech.

Many people questioned the veracity of this story due to a few red flags. For one, there was only one source—an abortionist named Dr. Caitlin Bernard who is an outspoken abortion activist that has collaborated previously with numerous media outlets to produce pro-abortion content. When multiple journalists reached out to Dr. Bernard, she either declined to answer questions or simply said she didn't have any information for them.

Secondly, none of the articles from the media reporting on this story mentioned anything about a police report or a criminal investigation being launched to arrest and punish the monster who allegedly raped a 10-year-old girl. The Ohio Attorney General David Yost even stated that his office couldn't find a police report filed in relation to this story.

After much skepticism and demands from independent journalists and concerned citizens, information was finally released about the rapist, uncovering some uncomfortable information about why the identity of this criminal was even protected in the first place.

Rapist of 10-Year-Old Girl in Ohio Has Reportedly Been Arrested and Charged

The man being charged with rape of a child under 13 years old is named Gerson Fuentes, 27, and he was arraigned yesterday in Franklin County Municipal Court in Columbus, Ohio. This charge can result in a lifetime prison sentence. Fuentes is being held on $2 million bond, according to the court. Apparently, Fuentes confessed to raping the 10-year-old girl at least twice. His next court appearance is July 22.

The young girl allegedly traveled to Indianapolis to receive a medical abortion on June 30, and there's a paternity test being performed to verify that Fuentes is the father of her aborted baby. It was reported that she had to travel to Indiana to receive an abortion because Ohio outlawed abortion at six weeks, and she was six weeks and three days pregnant. Rape and incest aren't considered exceptions in Ohio. However, abortions are available for women whose health is in danger, leaving many people asking why this girl's parents didn't seek an abortion for her in their home state of Ohio.

Many people, including politicians such as Ohio Representative Jim Jordan, doubted the story from the very beginning and have either deleted their comments on social media or corrected their original statement.

Fuentes is an illegal immigrant, a detail that much of the media didn't want to admit, which many people speculate was the reason why so many details of this case were hidden, leaving people feeling very skeptical of the story.
