Nina Agdal, Logan Paul's fiancée, has filed a lawsuit and sought a restraining order against Dillon Danis due to his alleged online harassment. Agdal alleges that this image was posted without her consent, and Danis even reposted it to increase its visibility.

Misfits Boxing, the organization orchestrating the upcoming October 14 fight between Danis and Paul, only got Danis to remove the image after they threatened to cancel the bout. However, this is not the only controversial post from Danis that Agdal has highlighted. She has pointed out another tweet from August 28, where Danis shared a video of her discussing her "desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy." This video, she believes, had been securely stored in her Snapchat archives, leading her to suggest that either Danis hacked into her account or acquired the video from someone who had.

Furthermore, Agdal's lawsuit accuses Danis of violating federal laws related to the distribution of intimate images.
