According to The Sun, Stranger Things' Millie Bobby Brown and her fiancé, Jake Bongiovi, secretly tied the knot last weekend. “Millie and Jake quietly said their vows in America last weekend," the source said. “They are planning a bigger ceremony in the US later this year, but now they have legally married and done all the paperwork. It was a very low-key, romantic affair with their closest family with them as they said their vows.” The announcement comes one year after the couple announced they were officially engaged on April 11, 2023. "I've loved you three summers now, honey, I want 'em all 🤍," she wrote on Instagram. Bongiovi popped the question during a romantic scuba dive, but it wasn't exactly smooth sailing. “He puts the ring on my hand and as I go to show him, the ring falls off my finger, plummets so fast, it was like a cinematic movie," Brown recalled. "Jake threw himself so deep, the diver was like, ‘You can’t do that, like your ears. Literally your brain will explode.’” Brown explained in an older interview that she and Bongiovi had been planning their wedding together. “I have loved every second of it. It’s been an unbelievable journey," she said. "Every time we have a new wedding meeting, Jake and I take a picture to capture the moment of the planning process. He’s loving every second of it.
