There's a poster behind her about human trafficking, which makes the whole thing even weirder, and people are assuming that she and MGK broke up because of his infidelity. Shortly after she posted the picture, she deleted her whole Instagram account. However, new photos have emerged to suggest that they may be trying to work things out.
