According to Variety , the Barbie star, her husband Tom Ackerley, Josey McNamara, and Sophia Kerr's LuckyChap production company are teaming up with Roy Lee and Miri Yoon of Vertigo Entertainment to release a Sims movie. The crew is also alleged to be partnered with the game's publisher, Electronic Arts. Kate Herron, director of Loki , and writer Briony Redman will also be on the project and will write the screenplay, per The Hollywood Reporter.
