Celebrities and artists gathered last night for the 2022 Billboard Music Awards. Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox showed up matching on the red carpet as usual.

The celebrity couple has been raising eyebrows for months now with behavior that could be explained as attention-seeking. From drinking each other's blood to showing major PDA in public, Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox are always doing something eye-catching. But during Machine Gun Kelly's performance on stage last night, he said a couple things that left people with serious questions.

Machine Gun Kelly Dedicated His Performance to Megan Fox and Their "Unborn Child"

Machine Gun Kelly took the stage to perform "Twin Flame," and the first unexpected thing out of his mouth was, "I wrote this song for my wife." But last we heard, the two were engaged, not married. Did the pair get secretly married? Or maybe they had a private ceremony much like Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian just had?

Later in the song, MGK stopped singing to say, "This is for our unborn child." The first thought most people had was that this was a pregnancy announcement, but then you notice that there's a heartbeat in the background of the song that suddenly stops. He sings, "Go to sleep, I'll see you in my dreams. This changes everything. Now I have to set you free."

When the camera panned to Fox, you could see she was in tears.

People are now speculating that Fox suffered a miscarriage and that MGK is referring to their lost child, but the couple hasn't confirmed this. Last night MGK tweeted, "broke my heart to sing the end of that song." But he didn't share any details and we haven't heard from Fox yet.
