Lindsay Lohan Gets Engaged In Dubai
Lindsay Lohan, the actress who made October 3rd a famous day, announced her engagement yesterday.
The Mean Girls star announced her engagement on Instagram, showing off her smile and her engagement ring in four pictures with her fiancé Bader Shammas. She captioned the post, “My love. My life. My family. My future.”
Shammas is the Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse in Dubai, where Lohan has lived for the past seven years. They began dating two years ago.
Lohan, 35, became famous for her roles in The Parent Trap and Mean Girls, peaking in stardom in the early 2000s. Her rise was curbed by incidents of reckless driving, cocaine use, arrests, community service, and rehab. Lohan has stayed out of the limelight (and out of America) in the 2010s. She opened the Lohan Beach House club in Mykonos, Greece in 2018, and has appeared in smaller roles for British and Australian television.
Lohan will be returning to the American screen in a currently untitled rom-com Christmas movie, set to release on Netflix in 2022.
