Lili Reinhart Had The Prettiest Rom-Com Press Tour. Her Real-Life Love Story Might Be Even Better

Lili Reinhart spent her The Love Hypothesis press tour dressing like the heroine of every movie we grew up loving . Now, she’s giving us a reason to swoon over her real-life relationship, too. Working with stylist Ib Abdel Nasser , Reinhart revisited Kate Hudson’s yellow gown in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days , Drew Barrymore’s Ever After dress, and Keira Knightley’s green Atonement gown. Tributes to Miss Congeniality and My Date With the President’s Daughter rounded out the mix of vintage finds and custom creations, documented by Vogue . It was one of the prettiest press tours in recent memory: feminine, playful , and full of affection for the movies that made us fall in love with love. “Now I have absolute security” Reinhart and actor Jack Martin have been together since 2023 . In her October 8 interview with Glamour Germany , she opened up about what makes their relationship so meaningful. “My boyfriend Jack showed me unconditional love for the first time in a relationship. It took years before I felt safe and my nervous system was no longer on high alert. Now I have absolute security—something I’ve never had before,” she said, in English translation. She also described the trust she feels when they’re apart: “When he’s away, I don’t wonder if he’s cheating on me. I simply hope he’s safe and sound.” There’s something deeply appealing about being able to love a man without constantly wondering where you stand. You can miss him, look forward to seeing him, and enjoy being his girlfriend. Her “lover girl” era includes staying home Reinhart has spoken about that happiness before. In a 2025 Marie Claire interview , she described the simple pleasure of being together. “I’m in my lover girl era right now. It’s deeply hard on me to be apart from the person I love. I’m a very domestic woman, and I love to be at home and sit on my couch with my person and my dog; there’s nothing that brings me greater joy than that specifically.” Beautiful gowns and glamorous premieres have their appeal. So does having someone you’re excited to come home to. Why we still want romance In Glamour, Reinhart also reflected on why romantic movies resonate. “People no longer strive to be romantic. Looking at your phone isn’t romantic,” she said, in translation. “We see romance in movies and think, ‘I want that too.’ I feel the same way. We are romantic beings.”
