The dress was a beautiful sequined gown with more than 6,000 hand-sewn crystals, and Kim's hair was platinum blonde and pulled back in a bun. She attended the Met Gala with her boyfriend Pete Davidson. But right after the event was over, Kim shared some stories on her Instagram in which she admitted that she had to do a crash diet in order to fit into the iconic dress.
