In it, there is a little girl who is claimed to be Brigitte. Many believe he looks more like Brigitte than the girl in the photo. How is it possible that Emmanuel looks like Brigitte's alleged nephew when they're completely unrelated? Interestingly enough, French journalist Proussard reveals Sylvain Telesfort, the President of the "Institute for Intersexuality and Hermaphorditism Association of Europe" transitioned from male to female. The person who gave him administrative support in his gender transition was Dr. François Macron, Emmanuel's mother. Suspiciously Inconsistent Birth Records There are many inconsistencies in Brigitte Macron’s documented birth year, and the official biographies and media reports provide conflicting timelines. Candace suggests that records may have been altered to fit a curated narrative. She also talked about the mysterious second boy in the Trogneux family photo, who was never publicly acknowledged until researchers dug into genealogy records.
