The wellness icon with nearly 8 million followers on YouTube tells women to "not chase," “never ignore your intuition,” and "don't settle" – and now, she’s found herself at the center of a brutal cheating scandal. Her fans are gutted.

Liz, whose real name is Liz Dzjabrailova, is four months pregnant. Her now-ex-partner, who she was engaged to last year and called her husband, is YouTuber Landon Nickerson, also known as LandonMC or LandonRB. He made a name for himself, posting Minecraft, Roblox, and Fortnite content to millions. He's also known for running the #DUCKSQUAD and for being repeatedly banned from Roblox before being given another shot. He’s now known for cheating on The Wizard Liz.

It all came crashing down when Liz posted a video of them doing a couples Q&A on Instagram, with the text, "Funny how my intuition was screaming at me in this video. Thank God for what I found out today, I've been through worse in life. This will most definitely not break me. Women, choose yourself and walk away from the first time."

According to her Story, Landon secretly created a Snapchat account and tried to meet up with another woman. That woman came forward to Liz and her friend with proof. “He was just with me in London. Made a whole book about how much he loves me,” Liz wrote.

“He says he's incredibly sorry but honestly I feel like I didn't know him at all,” she continued. “I feel stupid for ignoring the signs and dreams I had that I even told him about and he told me I was crazy (listen to your intuition, women). Men want to lead the world but can't even control their lust. It's weak. A man that can't control his lust will never be able to lead. I'm absolutely heartbroken and shocked.”

Landon responded with: “It was a few minutes of texting. That’s it,” attempting to downplay the betrayal. But Liz wasn’t buying it and neither was anyone else.

In a separate post, Landon said he made a “mistake.”

Social media went feral. Women are making TikToks saying that if Liz isn’t safe, none of them are. Don’t lose hope, girls! “the wizardliz getting cheated on while pregnant …. omg i feel sick for her,” wrote @churchofysl on X.

“this is probably fake and staged but in case it's not, that guy has cheater physiognomy. hot guys never cheat only the weird bisexual ones with hormonal imbalances do,” @p8stie tweeted.

Women who had long looked to Liz as a living example of “choose better” were stunned. This wasn’t supposed to happen to her. She was the cautionary tale’s antidote. She was the one who would never be in this situation – because she knew better, because she picked wisely, because she was smart. And yet, here we are. Is it possible she was manipulated?

Despite this, Liz didn’t crumble. She vowed to sell her six-figure engagement ring and donate the money to single moms. She told her followers, "I will never ever create a fake narrative for social media. I will not preach something and not take the advice myself."

There’s something especially brutal about this story. Women didn’t just believe in Liz’s advice. They needed to believe that if they followed it, they’d be safe. Turns out, you really do have to listen to your intuition when it comes to anything.

It may seem like nobody’s safe, but Liz isn’t broken and is only stronger and wiser. And that part matters too.
