Sens. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) and Rand Paul (R-Ky.) released the message Monday as part of an initial batch of communications obtained from Fauci’s government-issued cellphone. The Department of Health and Human Services produced the phone to Johnson on August 5, according to his office.
