Dr. Peter McCullough Says Jamie Foxx Asked Him For Vaccine Advice And Has An Obligation To "Tell The Truth" About His Health

Renowned actor Jamie Foxx has finally unveiled the truth behind a recent health scare that kept his fans in suspense. He was hospitalized in April, leading to an array of speculations about his condition. Foxx's daughter, Corinne, had previously affirmed his substantial recovery progress and debunked any misinformation. Nonetheless, it had been suggested that Foxx suffered from a brain blood clot post-vaccination, causing temporary paralysis and blindness. Although these claims were highly contested, Foxx had never publicly spoken on this issue, until recently.

In a candid Instagram video released on Saturday, the 55-year-old Oscar winner addressed the unspecified "medical complication" that led to his hospitalization. Foxx chose not to reveal specific details about his ailment but was more intent on expressing his heartfelt gratitude for the care and support he received.

Foxx opened up in his video captioned "Thank you for your prayers" about his decision to keep his health struggles private. "I didn't want you to see me like that," he confessed, highlighting his desire to be perceived as an individual full of life, humor, and energy rather than a sick patient with tubes coming out of him. He acknowledged his family and healthcare professionals for their instrumental roles in his recovery and expressed his gratitude for their discretion during this challenging time.

The video also provided Foxx an opportunity to debunk rumors related to his health, especially those suggesting paralysis or vision loss. With a laugh, he assured his fans that he was neither paralyzed nor blind. Despite the challenges, he was on a path of recovery and was returning to work. While fans are thrilled that he is healing and on the path to recovery, many are still concerned about what actually happened to him that made him so sick.

On "Grant Stinchfield Tonight," Dr. Peter McCullough, a renowned American cardiologist, internist, and epidemiologist who is known for his scholarly work on the medical response to the coronavirus pandemic, talked about Foxx's health issue that has been wrapped up in mystery.

"He's not telling us the truth. He's not telling us what he has," he said, adding that Foxx should be forthright with the public and his fans about whether he took the vaccine or not. "He and I talked about this a long time ago. He knows my views on this."

Since Foxx didn't tell the public what his diagnosis was, Dr. McCullough wonders aloud what he suffered from. "Did he have a stroke? It looks like he did. He says he had tubes in him," he said. He guesses that he had a breathing tube in him and he wore a collared shirt buttoned all the way up in his Instagram video to cover up the fact that he had a tracheostomy stoma, an artificial opening (hole) created surgically in the trachea (windpipe) during a tracheostomy procedure.

"Why doesn't he just tell the truth?" Dr. McCullough continued. "Jamie's a good guy, I know him. I don't know why Jamie, Damar Hamlin, Justin Bieber, the list goes on and on—why can't they just tell the public the truth? They're public figures like you and me, Grant, and they have an obligation to disclose and be truthful to the public, not to be private and keep secrets now, because this is too important, because the vaccines are a public health measure. It's not a personal privacy issue."

Stinchfield pointed out that these A-list stars don't want to risk their careers and their good standing with liberal Hollywood. Dr. McCullough then shared details about his conversation with Foxx a couple years ago.

"I talked to him in 2021," he said. "[Foxx] sought me out, he wanted to get my opinion on things. So I can tell you, it's not like he didn't know the risks. It's not like he wasn't informed. What he's not doing now is telling the truth, and it's wrong."

Dr. McCullough made it clear that everyone is praying for him and everyone wants him to get well, but it's important for Foxx to be honest because "the lives of other people are at stake."

Very few, if any, celebrities have had the guts to stand up against the establishment in terms of the coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent vaccine. Stars like Foxx, Bieber, and Tori Kelly (who was recently rushed to the hospital for blood clots after collapsing at dinner) may have suffered from serious side effects from the vaccine, but even if they did, they have likely been pressured into staying quiet because Hollywood has played a significant role in encouraging the American people to take the vaccine and be compliant, no matter what. If Foxx did in fact face a severe side effect from the vaccine, he could make a huge impact by coming forward and being honest about it. It would certainly cause a huge shift in the culture.
