Bella Hadid Is Dating A Hot Cowboy: Who Is Adan Banuelos?

According to TMZ, Bella Hadid's new man is a "good-old-fashioned cowboy." Safe to say her alleged lover seems different from the previous guys she's dated. In the spring of 2023, the model and her art director boyfriend, Marc Kalman, called it quits after being together for a couple of years. Before Kalman, Hadid famously dated The Weeknd (Abel Tesfaye).
This week, Hadid went viral on social media after being spotted walking around holding hands at Fort Worth Stockyards with a man in a hat, button-up, and jeans. The lucky guy in question is supposedly Adan Banuelos, a 35-year-old horse rider and trainer.
Who Is Adan Banuelos?
Banuelos is a "true cowboy and leader," his official website states. He resides in Fort Worth, Texas, and has strong family values. He grew up in a "large Mexican-American family" where "he was taught the importance of family, hard work, and how to be a horseman."
Banuelos looks up to his father. "Idolizing his Hall of Fame father Ascension Banuelos; Adan has credited him immensely for the success he has had thus far in his career," his description reads.
It continues, "Adan specializes in training and showing cutting horses; excelling at the highest level. In addition to his own success, he continues to have top level amateurs & non-pro riders within his program as well." Banuelos was inducted into the NCHA Hall of Fame in 2017 and was named the NCHA's "Leading Open Rider" in 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022. He even won the NCHA Open Futurity Champion!
Banuelos has earned millions of dollars in horse riding. "At just thirty-four years old, Adan has already amassed over five million dollars in earnings aboard a horse. He is the future of the performance horse industry and a teacher to the younger generation of equine enthusiasts," his site says.
How Did Bella Hadid and Aden Banuelos Meet?
There aren't any details on how Hadid and Banuelos met yet, but the fashion model loves horses too! She grew up riding them and returned to competitive equestrian after taking a break because of her Lyme disease. Perhaps their meeting has something to do with their horse-riding hobby?
"My devotion stemmed from my mom's love of horses,” Hadid told Porter back in 2015. “I have been riding since I could walk, and the fact that my mom knew everything about horses really helped my passion grow.”
Turns out, Hadid's horses even helped with her modeling career. "You know how every model is like, 'I do yoga.' Well, I find horses have the same effect," she explained. "You have to put your ego aside and concentrate on making the horse do the things you want it to do, and move in the way you want it to move.”
