A 10-year-old boy walked the runway at New York Fashion Week in order to represent a brand called Trans* Clothing Company. He's being promoted as the "world's youngest trans model" and his parents have said that he is set to receive "gender surgeries" when he turns 16.

A boy who goes by the name Noella McMaher uses she/her pronouns and was featured on the runway as a "trans model." His biological mother, Dee McMaher, is a gender theory activist who calls herself non-binary; she claims that her son showed characteristics of being trans when he was only two years old.
