Carolina Rosario is the creator and host of Brutally Honest, a bilingual podcast and digital show exploring news, culture, politics, and human stories through fearless, fact-driven conversations.

An award-winning Puerto Rican journalist with more than 16 years of experience in national television, Rosario has worked with Univision as an anchor and reporter for Noticiero Univision, Primer Impacto, Despierta América, and ViX Primetime. She has received multiple Emmy® nominations for excellence in investigative reporting, exclusive interviews, and breaking-news coverage.

Beyond journalism, Rosario is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, founder of the Brain Nerds Foundation, and author of El Bosque de las Emociones (Editorial Planeta, 2025).

Above all, she is mom to Arella Rose and Kalel Eli.
