Kanye West Says He Will Launch A "Yeezy Porn" Site This Summer—Says, "I Am The God Of Me"

Kanye West recently made headlines for suggesting that he is no longer pursuing a relationship with God because of unanswered prayers after his very public conversion to Christianity five years ago. And now, in an even sadder turn of events, he's hinting that "Yeezy Porn" is in the works and will launch this summer.

In the fall of 2009, Kanye West, 46, announced he was following Jesus and shocked the world. Many were skeptical of the change, but many celebrated it, including his wife at the time, Kim Kardashian, who said he was in the middle of "an amazing evolution."

West launched his "Sunday Service" worship gatherings, as well as his Jesus Is King album shortly after, and declared that he would only make gospel music from now on. There were also rumors that he was being mentored by respected pastors and teachers, as well as more controversial figures like Joel Osteen.

The transformation seemed genuine, with West openly sharing his struggles and newfound convictions, particularly within his mental health diagnoses and conflict-filled marriage. He stated during that period that "porn is immoral" and that he was realizing that when Kardashian shared revealing photos of herself with the world that it "affected him."

Fast forward to today, with West stating his interest in launching a porn site with Stormy Daniels, as well as stating that he wants to have a threesome with Michelle Obama and his new wife, Bianca Censori, and it's easy to see why many people are confused. However, some are less surprised, given the downward spiral he's been in since 2022 after his divorce when he started posting deeply erratic and offensive things online, which cost him his partnership with Adidas.

His recent remarks about prayer on the Big Boy's Neighborhood Podcast might shed some light on why West seems to be returning to his former lifestyle.

"I have my issues with Jesus," he stated. "I said a lot of prayers, and I ain't seen Jesus show up, so I had to put my experience [with what I was dealing with] in my own hands. I had to do it myself...I am the God of me, and you can't tell me who I am."

Most people think West was likely referring to his bitter divorce from Kardashian, as well as mounting public scrutiny and criticism. The Mighty Pursuit Podcast noted that West's frustration is somewhat understandable, writing on Instagram, "In this regard, [West's] objections are similar to the rest of us. When you pray for something good—like reconciliation—and it doesn’t happen, what do you do? With such a painful experience, it can feel natural to just want to throw the entire thing out the window."

"Unanswered prayer is one of the biggest reasons that people do not believe in God, or at least has given them serious issues in their spiritual journey," the Mighty Pursuit continued. "But you will never find a teaching that says your prayers will be answered every time you pray for something good. Sometimes they are answered, and sometimes they are not. It takes courage to surrender the need to know."

With the public now wondering whether any element of West's spiritual journey was authentic or not, the Mighty Pursuit concluded, "People may look at Kanye’s spiritual journey, and use it as a primary example of why following Jesus is just a fake facade. But what is happening to Kanye now does not mean what he experienced was never genuine."

Other public figures have struggled with doubts in similar ways, with some triumphing over their vices and others succumbing to them. Only time will tell what happens next in Kanye West's life, but one thing is for certain, "Yeezy Porn" won't solve his problems.
