Tom Brady Retiring

Well, that was a short retirement! NFL legend Tom Brady took to Twitter this weekend to announce that he's returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Just over a month ago, Tom Brady announced that he would be retiring from the NFL as quarterback of the Buccaneers. After 22 seasons and seven Super Bowl rings, it was a bittersweet ending. But it appears that Brady is back in business.

Tom Brady Says He Is Returning to the Football Field

Apparently Brady, 44, just isn't ready to call it quits. He tweeted yesterday that he is returning to the Buccaneers for his 23rd season of football.

"These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands," he wrote. "That time will come. But it’s not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa. Unfinished business LFG"

He shared two photos, one of his teammates and another of his family. Brady has already taken the Buccaneers to a Super Bowl title two years ago and an NFC South Championship last season. He surely has plans for one more Super Bowl win before he leaves the field for good.
